MY STORY
I have always believed that talking is therapeutic.
Life presents itself with many struggles and talking to a professional in a safe confidential space can be very powerful and meaningful. This has been the case in my own personal life.
Through my own therapy, I became passionate about wanting to support others in having that same experience. I become a psychotherapist and work with all adults taking a particular interest in young professionals and parents with young children.
I cover a wide range of issues: anxiety, depression, bereavement, abuse, ADHD, low self-esteem, burnout, mental health, pregnancy and birth, relationships, suicidal thoughts, family issues, eating disorders and work related issues.
My work is one of the greatest privileges of my life.
